Faleke drags INEC before tribunal over inconclusive poll

The Kogi State Deputy Governor-elect, James Faleke, has dragged the Independent National Electoral Commission to the election petitions tribunal to challenge its decision to declare the governorship election inconclusive. By implication, Faleke has also challenged the declaration of Alhaji Yahaya Bello as the governor-elect. The petitioner, who arrived the Lokoja High Court premises around 11.20 am on Monday, said he took the action to register his displeasure at the decision of INEC and his firm belief in the nation’s judiciary to serve justice.
